For 27 years, the Russian biotechnology group Agrobiotekhnologiya has been producing and supplying biological plant protection products to greenhouse complexes, agroholdings, agricultural enterprises, farmers, and private households. This includes everything from seed treatment and soil preparation to protective plant treatments during the growing season.

Protecting plants from diseases and pests is one of the key objectives of food security. Without protective measures, agricultural enterprises suffer significant losses in yield and the quality of agricultural products.

Agrobiotekhnologiya Group's modern biotechnology facilities are located in the Belgorod and Moscow regions. In-house production of biological plant protection products allows Agrobiotekhnologiya Group to cultivate live fungal and bacterial cells year-round under aseptic conditions, biosynthesize agricultural antibiotics and enzymes, prepare formulations that meet the highest standards for plant protection products, and control quality. The company's facilities employ over 100 people.

Modern biological pesticides from the Agrobiotekhnologiya group of companies:

Biological fungicides and insecticides are produced using the fungi Trichoderma harzianum, Beauveria bassiana, Cordyceps farinose, Akanthomyces muscarius, Metarhizium anisopliae, and others, as well as the bacteria Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus thuringiensis, and others. These products are available in dry, tablet, and liquid forms. The products contain high concentrations of live cells of beneficial microflora. Dry formulations have a shelf life of up to 2-3 years at temperatures from -30 to +30°C.

Thirteen products are state-registered, highly effective, safe, and reliably protect crops from diseases and pests.

They reduce the use of chemical pesticides in Russian agriculture, while domestic biological pesticides provide effective import substitution.

These products include well-known brands of biological plant protection products: Alirin-B, Gamair, Gliokladin, Vitaplan, Trichocin, and Sternifag, which are known to a wide range of agricultural producers.

The use of biological products allows for the cultivation of safe, healthy, and tasty agricultural products, including the protection of vegetables for baby food production.

The effectiveness of Agrobiotekhnologiya's biological pesticides and biological and integrated plant protection systems is assessed annually at a field station near the village of Churaevo, Shebekinsky District, Belgorod Region. The field station also hosts annual field seminars and conferences for agronomists on plant protection.
