Mechanical waste water treatment:

Reduce your COD/BOD levels and eliminate foul odors with our biological wastewater treatment technology. We design and supply technical solutions for the construction of new and reconstruction of existing wastewater treatment facilities tailored to break down complex animal fats, blood, and proteins found in food industry wastewater. As a result of long-term irrigation with treated wastewater, the high permeability and filtration capacity of light sandy soils decrease, humus accumulates (due to the fixation of organic matter), and capillary moisture capacity increases. Along with this increases the soil's ability to absorb water and nutrients. Nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium content in the soil increases due to the presence of biogenic substances (nutrients) in the wastewater, which are retained in the soil, humified, or mineralized by microorganisms. Soil acidity decreases, and its degree of base saturation increases.
End-to-End Service: operation on a turnkey basis - from laboratory analysis of your effluent to the comprehensive equipment supply, supervisory installation and commissioning works
Supervision of installation and commissioning works by experienced engineers
Cost-effective technology
Environmental compliance: prevent fat blockages in sewer lines, reduce sludge volume and achieve compliance with local environmental standards
Irrigation: utilization of water purified by our technology for irrigation of open and closed ground agricultural lands, lawns and urban green spaces
Improvement of water-physical and physico-chemical properties of the soil

physicochemical treatment process.
wastewater enters a dissolved air flotation (DAF) unit.
decanter centrifuges are the most efficient equipment for thickening flotation sludge (wastewater sludge), providing a continuous process due to centrifugal forces.
basic soluble organics and nitrogen compounds are removed during biological treatment. Activated silt converts organics into water and carbon dioxide with the growth of new activated silt. For this purpose, a continuous anaerobic/aerobic wastewater treatment method is used.
secondary settlers are biological treatment structures following the aeration tanks, designed to separate activated silt (biomass) from the treated wastewater.
the self-cleaning sand filter is intended for a wide range of applications in wastewater treatment for particles down to 5 microns.
the volume of treated wastewater obtained as a result of our integrated technology turns to an important resource for irrigating agricultural crops and urban plantings
Water management systems and wastewater treatment facilities for microbiological industry enterprises (the year 1974 – 1991) – totally 8 enterprises. Included two plants with a complete closed water cycle without discharge of treated wastewater into water bodies (Kirishi Biochemical Plant and Kremenchug Plant of Protein-Vitamin Concentrate).

JSC Prioskolie Poultry processing plants, Belgorod Region, 2006 – 2011.
Kursk Agroholding, Kursk Region, 2011 – 2013.
Plant construction for the production of environmentally safe organic fertilizers from poultry manure, JSC Prioskolie, Belgorod Region, 2008.
Project at the poultry processing enterprise JSC Belaya Ptitsa: Construction of biological treatment facilities (nitrification – denitrification), tertiary treatment of wastewater to meet the requirements for discharge into water bodies used for fisheries purposes. At the SPSSPK Ecoptitsa the same work is currently underway.
